Our guesthouse is situated in a peaceful, sunny location on the top of a hill, surrounded by meadows and fruit trees.
The Sonnenhof is a family-run guesthouse that has been awarded an 'Edelweiss' 4 rating - the highest category possible - by the Association of Private Accommodation Providers.
Our farm, located a short distance from the guesthouse, is a working Alpine farm run on organic principles with a suckler herd of cows.
The village centre is 2km away, the valley station of the Alpenrosebahn cable car 1.5km, Choralm cable car 900m. The nearest ski slope is less than 10 minutes on foot.

The village of Westendorf lies on a sunny plateau, far away from through traffic. The idyllic village centre, with its magnificent show of flowers, and the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps give the area a particular charm.

Westendorf offers much of what makes a Tyrolean Alpine village: a pretty church, thriving agriculture and a pristine landscape. Wonderful opportunities for sport and relaxation.

The imposing mountains - rising up to 2,400m - in the magnificent Windautal valley are particularly impressive. In winter, it is one of the most popular ski touring areas in the Alps.
